One of my favorite political writers is P.J. O'Rourke. I saw this quote of O'Rourke's on little green footballs this morning (originally posted Thursday):
"When buying and selling are controlled by legislation, the first things to be bought and sold are legislators."

How true. The above quote illustrates one of the many reasons government should have a limited role in our economy and daily lives.
